2013 Gift Giving Journal by Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

It's not an organizer, it's a journal. -CBTL

The past week has been wayyyy so busy than I expected, that my weekends were spent attending Christmas parties, and weddings. Makes me ask myself, is just the season? Or am I really getting old that I am now being invited on my own, unlike before that I only attend parties because mom needs companion? ;-)

Anyway... Here's what I got after a week of being gone: My dark and light color CBTL gift giving journal.

Honestly speaking, I wasn't as excited in posting the pictures as last year. The 2013 journal has not changed in terms of size and features. But of course, it has interesting pictures as always, which I liked. :) Unlike the SB planner, the CBTL journal is much simpler, and does not have fancy post its, cards, bookmarks, etc. Perfect choice if you want a simple piece to doodle your daily journal.

2013 Starbucks Planner: Rekindling My Year-End Christmas Tradition ♥

My day will not be complete without a cup of coffee.
Different preferences of coffee flavor each day, depending on my mood. That includes different brands/coffee shops as well :-P
But not the past week... Obviously, I was on my "Planning" mood. Oh how I wish I can "plan" something more meaningful but unfortunately, this only pertains to the most shallow one could ever plan for: to get the 2013 SB planner! :-P

Cheers to the completion of 17 stickers for a Planner!
The size is back to it's bigger size:
Length: 8.5 inches
Width: 6 inches

Something new: It comes with a magnetic book mark.

SB coffee magnetic bookmark.

One of my favorites in the 2013 Starbucks Planner is this printed adhesive notes that you can customize and attach to brighten someone else's day.

2013 SB Planner Post It!

February Reflection: What was your happiest moment this month? I'm just excited for February! ♥

For the month of May: you can stick on a picture of your "Best Moment So Far"
Hmmmnn.. Just very timely for the season. :P

June: List 3 new things you learned this month. I wonder what will I write on here.

Bake your co-workers a special treat.
I need to skip on this one. LOL.

And a "Just Wanted to Say" card!

My favorite person to enjoy it with is:_____. Who else? But B.

5 free notes pages at the last part of the planner..

As always, the Starbucks planners always go with a bunch of coupons that you can use all year round! :)

The Coupon Pouch.

I was about to get the safest color, the black one but I thought it won't reflect "Me". So I changed my mind and get the one in my favorite color: Green. ♥♥♥

Overall, I like this 2013 SB Planner more than the 2012 SB and even CBTL Gift Giving Journal as it provides more space for a more detailed daily notes. For now that I'm done with my first planner... I should say its time now to complete my sticker card for the 2013 CBTL Journal. That one's easier to complete as it only requires 12 drinks. I've already collected 4 so give me another week to get 8 more and post that new one! :)

Thank you!

Boracay Escapade - 1st day at Boracay Regency

It's very lucky of me to have the time to go on vacation despite our verrrrry busy schedule. Maybe having more time to upload and create a blog for those vacations is just too much to ask... That's why, this is again another late post! ;)

About 5 months ago, B and I booked a flight for our 1st Boracay escapade together!
I can not forget how excited we were... that we arrived a couple of hours before our flight to the airport, only to find out that our flight's 2 hours delayed. Then after 2 hours of waiting, we were informed that it's cancelled. I was like "WTF? &%*^(@#$^(&???????" Are you 5J people f***in kidding me? How about our vacation? Our PLANNED vacation? My mind was in panic that there's no way I can retract my vacation leave and have everything re-booked, including the hotels. I rushed to the receiving area in no seconds after I heard the horrible announcement, and I got relieved when we had our flight re-booked on the earliest next flight. Should I mention I almost had a fight with some foreigners just because of the seats? Oh well. Sorry guys, I guess you need to stay longer in Manila. :)

That experience made me more anxious and excited to see Bora again, this time with my B. <3

I know that even photos can not explain how happy I am to have this time only with my man, but here you go... I hope that you enjoy viewing a small part of our simple trip:

While waiting for our re-booked flight.. We munched on our favorite Reese's.. in pieces? Yes!

"B: Know what B, pag kasama kita, di ako natatakot.
Me: Huh? What do you mean B?
B: Sa flight natin, di ako natatakot na baka magcrash yung eroplano.. kasi magkasama tayo.. di ako natatakot na magkahiwalay tayo at mamiss kita..
Me: Speechless *so touched* *sniffs while tears are falling down from my eyes"

About Blokoy

My photo
Philippines
My real name is Blake. Nickname is Blakey. (Pronounced as Bley-kee). But my dad's good friend reads it as "Blacky"... As in the doggie. *rolling eyes* So there, to avoid confusion as to how to read my nickname, dad changed all the vowel letters to "o" which makes it "Blokoy". Sounds better. Eh? :-P
